Alexander Kopatz is a biologist and wildlife researcher from Svanvik, Norway, who I’ve been following for sometime now through his blog, GO 70° NORTH. I love the way his nostalgic and subtle tones match the stark and expansive landscapes he works in. Highly recommended that you follow him on his blog or updates through his Facebook and Instagram.

I found paintings in my on going search for artificial landscapes. I think we all have that place in our hearts for that architecture and nature fantasy mesh, even if its office buildings or in this case dramatic islands floating in the sky.

Jessy Lanza is one of the more exciting releases coming out on Hyperdub, this video makes me happy, showing us how little you really need budget wise for a video, just creatives in control.

Teen Daze is giving away 3 songs on his Soundcloud for free, this one was the most fitting for this post :)

I’m becoming a big Almunia fan, staying true to his sound and really expanding on it.

Well you know my favorite album already this year since I probably have posted this song by Majical Cloudz 3 times in different ways, we’ll here’s a live version with video and in interview form to make you go see him live if you haven’t already.

Flaamingos is being put out by my friends label felte. I’ve been bugging him for it for months, the demos I heard made me want to have the music for late night designing as a contrast to what I owned. Their sound is done by many but few times am I this excited to hear a song again and again.

RIP Emeralds…but I guess I love Steve Hauschildt solo a wee bit more.

I was wondering what this new Blondes LP was going to sound like, I DJed with one of them a few months back, such a good dude with a great track selection.
