This is like the archetype for every retro-styled with the synth-soundtracked logo build in and the crackly PBS voice over. Can’t believe this was made in 1980, would have guessed earlier from the quality.

December 20, 2013 at 3:10 pmThis seems really consistent with the quality I remember from 1980. It wasn’t really too far off from 1978. I rather think of those three to four years, 77-80, as having similar style. Essentially those years informed my childhood the same way it did the Sandisons as we are basically the same age though I was influenced more by PBS and they the National Film Board. And we all had early sesame street.
