A tiny sphere, floating in space

In honor of this week’s discovery of a moon-sized planet smaller than mercury, here’s a selection of work from 2012 of our own tiny sphere, featuring hills, craters, flats, fields, and broken flying machines. Shot with the Hasselblad 500 C/M on Kodak Portra. See more here.

Hi! Beautiful pictures! I’m a designer and big fan of Tycho and Iso50 Blog. I was wondering if I could use the third picture in an artwork… Thank you!

Third one down is one of the reasons I’m walking across America. I. Love. The. Desert. Can’t wait to walk across land like that (then promptly jump into a vat of skin moisturizer). I wish I could lug around my Hasselblad.

I like the twig tree the best. Still a tree and natural but miimanl. The magazine one was cool but everyone does not have that kind of bookcase. I love real evergreen trees but would quit breathing because of my allergies. I am looking forward to seeing what you do for a tree.

Good afternoon, from Hidden Hills, California I want to say, I liked this blog post. However, it is weird how I ended up on your article. I searched for party bus cleveland on Yahoo and ended up on your website. I must say I do like your site and will check back soon. But I need to find the limo I was originally looking for first. Have a happy day! Cheers.

Intake of iron does not mean absorption inasmuch as the sum that ultimately gets digested by the intestinal walls is relatively low. Depending around the individual’s iron levels, the amount that is certainly digested are either stored in the intestinal linings or transported to the rest in the body. Free iron at high levels damages cells within the liver, heart, along with other organs, the reason why the human body regulates each step in its digestion. Healthy concentrations of iron within the body signal the digestive tract to dispose of a lot on the iron stores within the intestinal linings together with other squander items, what is left is absorbed.
