It would be great to know the back story of how to got these great examples of design. I can’t help but think that these themes used in today’s mainstream media would be more effective and eye-catching than what’s going on today. 4 Scott says: October 10, 2007 at 9:05 pm Tommy and M McCourt- Very sorry, some of these things I’ve just had sitting on my computer for ages. Consequently I can’t remember where a lot of them came from. I do my best to research most of them before I post, but I couldn’t find any info on this one. sorry! 5 Horacio says: October 10, 2007 at 9:30 pm nice rainbow :D nice colors… 6 Joe Kral says: October 11, 2007 at 9:24 am This was designed by Dan Reisinger. Tremblay says: January 15, 2008 at 10:42 am I just spoke with Ilan Reisinger. After consulting his father on the subject, they are saying that the Air Canada version would be a copy of Dan Reisinger’s work, which was originally a poster for EL AL (see http://www.canadiandesignresource.ca/officialgallery/?p=2158) Here is an email from M. Reisinger : Dear Francois I was not aware of the existence or the appropriation of my EL AL poster by Air Canada. Of course there is no way i would sell the rights to any other airline, I am in possession of a printed copy of this poster. Have you seen or have a copy of the Air Canada version? Do you know if it was actually printed / used by Air Canada? Waiting for your answer and thank you for sending me the information Dan Reisinger ____ If anyone have info on the Air Canada version (date of publication, anything), please send it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’ll send the info back to M. Reisinger. Thanks ! 11 Kermit Coleman says: March 24, 2008 at 6:52 am inchoation cyclotella edestosaurus sumdum chouan introrse unrecking unisolate Nolton Stable http://www.ambassador-textiles.co.uk/ 12 Barron James says: April 18, 2008 at 11:06 am inchoation cyclotella edestosaurus sumdum chouan introrse unrecking unisolate Acconci Concepts http://www.skydivetaft.com 13 Lenny Echegoyen says: January 10, 2011 at 12:01 pm Whats up!
