Plug Research was a big part of my early exploration in post-IDM material, Oakland’s Shortcircles fits nicely on the roster with his melody driven sparkle and ethereal slow tempos.

July 2, 2013 at 11:25 pmI’m not much of a commenter here on this blog but I’m following along for years now and I have to thank you for all your awesome recommendations and musical inputs. I just love every track your posting here and it’s my number one source for new music. Just bought the Album on iTunes … http://j.mp/17SD7Fj

July 5, 2013 at 7:36 amman, jakub, you’ve been on the ball lately. thanks dude.
short circles needs some vinyl release in his future. i find it hard to buy mp3s when you get a free download with the purchase of a vinyl.

July 5, 2013 at 11:26 amI also don’t usually comment either, but on a muggy, rain-filled day your music selections always find a way to improve my mood and atmosphere. Thank you and keep it coming. So appreciated.

July 8, 2013 at 8:36 amI remember Shortcircles from one of Drake’s (youtube.com/dj) artist showcases on Turntable.fm. So awesome to see him featured on iso50.

July 8, 2013 at 9:58 amI don’t usually comment, but Shortcircles and esp. On My Mind reminds me of Team Sleep, an old project from Chino Moreno, the lead singer of Deftones.
