Drake Flyer
Posted by Scott
I just put together this flyer for Tycho Toronto show at the Drake, which, as it turns out, is a free show as part of Scotiabank Nuit Blanche. I’m not sure if they’re printing them or if it’s web only.
Hope to see some of you out: Seattle 9/26, NYC 9/29, Toronto 10/02

September 24, 2010 at 8:20 amSo, maybe I missed this in another post or something… but is there a resource you have for the killer photos like this that you know of? are they old postcard/record cover scans, or what?

September 24, 2010 at 9:50 amI’m wondering the same about the photos. Do you have the rights to repurpose them?

September 24, 2010 at 3:13 pmThis is great great Scott! keeping with the organic flavor! I know you want to get a canon slr but i think you should get a Leica. You cannot duplicate the warmth of analog synths or analog cameras (even though your work is the closest i have seen.)

September 25, 2010 at 2:30 pmAlthough I’m working the night of Nuit Blanche, I’m sure the show is going to be amazing. Toronto sort of goes a little bonkers that night.

It kind of looks like outside my window, colorful but this grey kind of mood. Autumn is here for sure in Norway so.

the source — which was apparently coincidentally used by the band you referenced — is from a circa 1970 issue of National Geographic I have.
