ISO50 On The Road

Posted by Scott

If you didn’t already know, we’re on the road for the Tycho / Little Dragon tour this month. Jakub is along for the ride as tour manager so posts are going to be a little slow for the next week or so. I’ll do my best to post a couple updates when I get the chance. You can follow along on Instagram (@ISO50) or Twitter (@ISO50) for more frequent updates.

Side note: this is my first time posting to the blog from a phone. Tried using the official WordPress app this morning only to have two complete drafts deleted for no apparent reason. Got the Blogpress app now so we’ll see if this one makes it.

Driving from Boston to Philadelphia now for tonight’s show with Little Dragon and Questlove at Union Transfer. should be a good night, hope to see some of you out. Jakub and I will be lurking around the merch booth (where you can score the Tycho Dive CD early along with the new Tycho shirts) so come by and say hello.

For all those on the west coast, we just added a couple dates: Dec 8th @ The Echoplex, LA and Dec 10th @ The Independent in SF. Check the events page for details.

P.S. I took that picture above with Instagram in Connecticut, so beautiful here in the fall.

You need to do a show down in San Diego!!! Please? if not LA isn’t too far away….

Love the new album and design, such an inspiration musically and visually for a fellow graphic artist!

Keep it up!!

I’ll be there for your show in Tampa. I’m so excited! I’ll be photographing the show. Scott, if time allows for you I could do some Tycho portraits beforehand (on the house) – let me me know and we’ll go out in the good last light of the evening. There are some cool places in Ybor City for shots. Let me know. Website linked so you can see my style. Give it a scroll. Peace, brother.

Really enjoyed the show in Brooklyn, Scott. It was a blast to see you for the first time after being a fan of both your design and music for so many years now.

I’m seeing Little Dragon in the UK in December – little chance you’ll be with them then I guess. The two of you on one night would be fantastic!

I echo Ryan’s comments–there’s a major audience for you down here in Austin that would pay big $$ to see you perform. And by big $$ I mean anything between $15 –> $30. :-) Just some afternoon humor, but really, keep up the great work, the new material/music is sublime.

Scott, the new album is sooo good. Thanks a ton. It was worth the wait. I’ve been playing the whole thing on repeat for three days now. My high school students are digging it too. I play tracks like Epigram and A Walk for them while they do silent reading. Dive is a hit in my Accelerated US History II classes.

Bravo Tycho!

I’m very excited about seeing you on Friday night in Atlanta. I’ll be doing photos and I’m excited to hear songs from Dive live. I never thought I’d see you on the east coast.

I actually have a tech question for you. Im looking for Hyper Sonic 2 Steinberg. Mac based – Been looking under couches all around the USA for this program and It just doesnt want to be found.

I thought of all people you might know where I would find such a gem.

Hey Scott,
I’m a few days late but the Philly show was absolutely amazing! I talked to you before and after your perf and I got a photo with you… haha. Sorry I got too excited that I don’t think I even said bye… :( Ever since I started listening to you I was hoping that you’d come to East Coast, and I was sooo stoked when I learned that you were going to tour with LD..and coming to my city!!!
Anyway, I’ve been telling all of my friends about your music so that more people can be amazed by your talent. Hope you got your voice back, and please come back to Philly soon!
