Free Tracks by Tycho + Mux Mool + Shigeto

Posted by Jakub

Ghostly International has a new compilation coming out next week called Horizon Line which is a collection of classics and ten new, forthcoming, and unreleased songs. The tracklist includes these 2 FREE songs from Tycho and Mux Mool which Ghostly is giving away here. This will also be available in a 2xCD format inserted into a DVD-style case in May 2010, so enjoy the digital but the CD will definitely be a nice piece to have.

DOWNLOAD (right click and save):
FREE – Tycho – Adrift (Shigeto‘s Adrift A Dream Mix)
FREE – Mux Mool – Wolf Tone Symphony (Paul White Remix)
FREE – Mux Mool – Morning Strut (Shigeto‘s wakenbake edit)

As for the Morning Strut remix by Shigeto, it was offered today in the Ghostly newsletter which also included this great 1 minute video of Mux Mool being interviewed, I love the part about them asking if he has health insurance, I wish more musicians did shorts like these.

These remixes are top notch.

The Shigeto remix of Adrift is very nice … an interesting take on the original for sure. He continues to impress. Ever since hearing the Astrud Gilberto – Berimbau edit, I’ve been hooked.

The Paul White remix of Wolf Tone Symphony is great, but with such good source material from Mux, no one should expect anything other than a great remix.

All in all, nice selection of remixes today. Thanks for the free tunes.

I’m right with you Clayton. This Shigeto remix of Adrift is downright awesome. Haven’t got to the Mux tracks just yet but I’m betting they’ll be nothing short of stellar.

mux rocks, but I had no idea he was from MN. he’s received 0 local press, which is a shame, because mpls is a big player in the music scene these days. Lady Linda is the banger off the new one if you ask me.. keep up the amazing work mux, minnesota loves you!

Shigeto and Tycho is a match made in heaven… although I might have chosen From Home or The Disconnect to chop up. Shigeto’s Berimbau remix is still one of my all-time favorites.

Skulltaste is sounding supreme as well, can’t wait to pick it up.
