love Juana molina, stumbled across her by accident really last year and its very ahunting stuff (well her voice…). beautiful.

Listening to Juana Molina I am reminded of Penguin Cafe Orchestra. I love the melding of live classical instruments and voice into a hypnotic and organic sound that predates electronica, but at the same time sounds as familiar as the latest club track. Such artists are perfect for today as young ears hear the sound they are accustom to emanate from wood, string, brass, and voice. Awesome track.

I love that new song by Frightened Rabbit…”Swim Until You Can’t See Land.” Gave it a listen on their MySpace page. That song by “Let’s Rock The Beach” was just what I needed after a stressful Thursday. Nice post, Jakub.

Wow, Juana Molina’s voice is powerful. Not powerful as in overwhelming, but it really leads you in. There’s something electric and prominent about it. A very energetic, Beautiful voice. Love that track.

Let’s Rock The Beach, to me, almost gives off the same vibes as Bibio’s Bewley in White.
