Ghostly 10 Year Seattle handbill

I’ll be heading up to Seattle later this month to Play the Ghostly 10 year show at Decibel Fest. Last year was great so really looking forward to this one.

You can see the flyer for the show above. I went with a slightly modified version of the Chicago poster / Ten Year Print to change it up a little. With this one I was going for more of a flyer/handbill feel as opposed to a poster.

Here are all the details, hope to see you out there…

Each one of the poster variations is absolutely amazing. I really wish I could go to that Seattle show, I know it is going to be epic.

Clark Warner is one of the best “Setting the mood” DJs I know, one time about 6 years ago him and I almost brought about 5 to 10 similar vinyl to the same show, he had this 10″ Casino Versus Japan that I thought I was the only one in Michigan to have one but he proved me wrong, great guy.

Scott – some brief advice, and apologies if Chicago show was an anomoly: keep a mic on stage to actually allow the crowd to hear you thank them for coming to the show. For such a great show, it came off like amateur hour when you just waved a couple times and scurried off. You’ve performed enough to know better. I get the whole “let the music speak for me” thing if you’re going for that, but all performers owe it to the crowd to interact with them; a little appreciation goes a long way. Sorry to sound like an asshole but there’s no excuse for not having a mic to talk to a crowd with.

Trey-
I’ll try my best, will definitely come through after the album is out.

Shelby-
yes, there will be posters…

Blake-
Duly noted…. to call the chicago show an anomaly would be a gross understatement. I was having some major technical issues that just wouldn’t let up throughout the entire set. Anyways, shouldn’t have let that get to me but I was pretty stressed by the end. I’ll definitely get a mic next time I come out.

Great to see you are coming to town. I’m bummed I’ll be out of country myself. Have a great show.

Scott –
I attended the Seattle Decibel show, and you absolutely rocked my socks off. I was way impressed. Thank you for playing for us, I really appreciate it. The new stuff was good, are you taking the next album in a more pop-y direction? For that matter, when is the next album coming? Can I expect to see you in Seattle again in the future?
