Tom Croose – Summer of Croose Mix
Tom Croose is one half of the Brooklyn DJ duo Worst Friends who recently put this mix together that is debuting here on ISO50. I thought I should share it here since it’s a really diverse sounding mix and most of the songs picked for the mix are pretty new to me. Hey, thanks Scott, have Jakub show you some of the full shots (including the one above) if he hasn’t yet, I got real lucky that night– I was shooting with mostly 100 in the dark, multiple exposures with different flash color combos. Some of them turned out real nicely.

i d/l’d this last week and finally gave it a listen while driving to the beach at 5:30 am on an 80 mile stretch of very boring highway in North Carolina. i was the only car on the road for 50 miles in either direction. it was very dark and there was a crescent moon in the sky; dawn was still an hour and a half away but the sky was light to dark purple and the crescent moon kept disappearing and reappearing through fast moving cumulonimbus clouds. combined with this mix, it was awe-inspiring. all this and i was completely sober
