ON TOUR WITH School Of Seven Bells

Posted by Jakub

I’ve just started tour managing School Of Seven Bells this week, its long stretch over a short period of time w/ Active Child. I was hoping that maybe if you live in one of these cities in the US maybe we’d run into each other and also you can hear these 2 great bands. I will keep you guys updated and let me know if you have any questions that you’d like me ask the band.

Hey where’s the NZ show date then?!

Better get over here one day – been doing my best to turn people on to them. Even got couple songs on the local radio station and the sound guy there loves them now :)

Have a great tour!

Man, wish they were coming to Nashville again!

Their image looks more polished now. Not that that matters. The photos are wonderful.

Hi Jakub. I shot the School of Seven Bells show in Montreal the other night for Leacocks.com but I had no idea that you write for ISO50. I’m a big fan of the blog and it was a pleasure to meet all of you.

Looking forward to the show at plush, one of the better venues in tucson for live music. The sound guy actually knows what he’s doing.

Man..I get that it’s more than likely this big ordeal for rescheduling and whatever so i won’t even ask you guys try to squeeze in a different show or a whole new venue all together, but do you think that next time you come to Atlanta you don’t play at a 21 up venue? The earl gets all the best shows, you’ve no idea. when there are plenty of other nice and roomy ones all in a relatively close area, some good examples being The Variety Playhouse, the Masquerade, or the Tabernacle. All big places, that serve alcohol and are at least 18+ so you won’t get a bunch of kids running around if that’s the issue. Anyways it would be very much appreciated by me and the vast amount of your fans out here that still won’t be 21 this time next year.

I’m looking forward to the Atlanta show. I haven’t seen SVIIB since 2007 when they toured with M83. The fact that Active Child will be opening is one hell of a bonus IMO.

Just saw the SVIIB and Active Child show in DC, and was really blown away by Painted Face. I wish I had known you were there, too – that would have topped off a great evening.
